2. Website delivery and hosting

This website is hosted on our Hostinger VPS in Frankfurt, Germany. Delivering the page necessarily involves processing your IP address and technical connection data. We use this information to deliver and secure the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Hostinger provides the server infrastructure as our hosting processor. Hostinger Data Processing Addendum.

Routine access logging is disabled for this Road Rush web service. Limited technical error and infrastructure logs may still be generated for operation and security. Container logs rotate at 3 files of up to 5 MB each; this is a size limit, not a fixed number of days. We do not combine these logs into advertising profiles.

3. Local game progress

The landing page does not create accounts or store progress. When you play, the game stores progress, game currency, garage items, settings and randomly generated game identifiers locally in your browser. This storage provides the game features you request. You can remove it through your browser's site-data settings; doing so may permanently remove your progress. No cloud account or cross-device synchronisation is active for this Road Rush version.

4. Advertising, analytics and external resources

No advertising or analytics scripts are currently active on this website. Fonts, images and game resources are served from this website. Google advertising approval has been requested; requesting approval does not activate advertising. If advertising or optional tracking is introduced, these notices and any required consent mechanism must be updated before it starts.

5. Optional Phantom connection

You can play without a wallet. Only if you choose Connect Phantom does the game ask the wallet for permission to share your public Solana address. The address is held temporarily in the page while connected. No private key or seed phrase is requested, and the game does not request a signature, payment or token transfer. Test balance queries, if a test token is configured and you request a refresh, use the public Solana Devnet endpoint api.devnet.solana.com; this would share your public address and connection data with that service. No test-token mint is currently configured. In-game demo points have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn.

External websites, including X, are contacted only when you follow a link. Their own privacy notices apply. If you email us, we process your message and contact details to respond to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on the enquiry) and retain them only as necessary, subject to applicable legal retention duties.

7. Your rights

Where the statutory conditions apply, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR), and object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21 GDPR).
